Legacy Renewed
A project of repositioning and redesigning a legacy product, that needed a better market fit. Brand visual identity and some concepts for the product interface.
Netrica is a product by Netquest, which is the mother company of Wakoopa. Netrica is two years old product focused on e-commerce insights, based on Wakoopa technology. We were rethinking the product and trying to find a better market fit, while using the same technology.
We first did thorough research including competitor analysis, defining the positioning and strategy, followed by creating the brand identity. When creating the visual part of the brand, I followed our values: straightforward, refreshing, and human.
This is how Netrica looked before the rebranding.
Being human, straightforward, and refreshing to differentiate us meant we also needed a logo that fit that statement.
We decided to give our brand its very own character - with a signature. The look and feel is ‘unseen’ in the field and the signature gives our brand personality. Because we measure the people. Using a dot makes our logo a statement in itself.
Menno is an AI chatbot built to answer all questions regarding e-commerce. I created a simple UI design and data visualization guidelines.
Netrica also has a pre-existing dashboard for clients to access data and reports that just needed a bit of new makeup.
